What you will do

• Own day-to-day vendor execution across categories including dietary, medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies.
• Lead structured RFP and bidding processes to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Perform systematic pricing audits to ensure contracted rates are honored and savings are realized.
• Partner with sales teams to support client onboarding, vendor transitions, and account activation.
• Build and scale a procurement support team by developing effective processes and playbooks.
• Originate new vendor partnerships and referral arrangements to generate value for the member network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to forge creative vendor deals.
• Leadership experience or clear readiness to build and manage a growing team.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
• Must be able to work onsite in Montvale, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or post-acute care industries.
• Familiarity with GPO contract structures and contract admin fee economics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Background in vendor performance tracking and business reviews.
