What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex contracts, including MSAs, purchase orders, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Administer the full contract lifecycle from intake and approvals to signature, performance monitoring, and closeout.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and insurance stakeholders to ensure contractual arrangements mitigate commercial and legal risks.
• Define payment terms, schedules, and milestones, acting as a liaison between business units and suppliers.
• Establish effective relationships with business partners and suppliers to align with corporate category strategies.
• Coordinate delivery of high-value manufactured equipment, managing price escalation and cost containment provisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience required.
• Must be based in or local to New Albany, OH (Onsite).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder and supplier management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Maximo.
• Experience with DocuSign.
