Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement cycle including requirements gathering, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and contract execution for software, marketing, and professional services.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, performance, and identify value opportunities beyond price.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and Marketing to align on priorities and streamline processes.
• Source and onboard new suppliers based on commercial terms, security, and strategic fit.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, risk, and compliance management.
• Use spend analytics, data, automation, and AI tools to drive decisions and workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years indirect procurement experience, ideally in SaaS or tech, focused on software and marketing categories.
• Solid command of full P2P cycle from intake and sourcing through PO management.
• Proven negotiation skills for commercially sound, long-term deals.
• Strong analytical skills with spend data and business case building.
• Experience with procurement and ERP platforms, data, automation, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders without authority; high autonomy and accountability.
