Industrial Electrician

Location: New London, North Carolina, United States; onsite plant work with 12-hour shifts

Salary: $76,960–$93,600 USD per year, plus participation in an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, meggers, and other testing equipment.
• Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production.
• Follow safety guidelines and report equipment or operational issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and completed craft apprenticeship or technical training.
• Industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and meet the physical demands of the role.
