What you will do

• Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions to enhance plant safety
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support technical documentation, Management of Change processes, and daily performance meetings
• Execute maintenance tasks balancing safety, quality, time, and cost, including SAMACO work orders and PSM/LDAR activities
• Maintain job qualifications, certifications, and comply with safety, environmental, and operational policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical exposure; chemical or food manufacturing preferred
• GED or High School Diploma
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in industrial environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear communication skills and commitment to safety and reliability
