What you will do

• Supervise a team of Health, Safety, and Environmental Representatives.
• Ensure all plant operations comply with OSHA, federal, state, and local HSE regulations.
• Lead environmental management systems to meet ISO guidelines.
• Facilitate incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct facility inspections, ergonomic assessments, and job hazard analyses.
• Manage safety training programs and maintain chemical logs and safety data sheets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Health/Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Ability to manage short and long-term projects effectively.

Nice to have

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
