Compensation: $160,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop data governance technology solutions including data quality, dictionaries, and business glossaries.
• Define organizational design, governance processes, policies, and operating models for client data programs.
• Lead delivery execution for data governance assessments and implementations.
• Advise clients as a trusted partner on data strategy, AI readiness, and cloud transformation.
• Support business development by identifying and attracting new clients.
• Manage resources, budgets, and team development within the Data & Analytics practice.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in data governance, data strategy, and data management consulting.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states or Washington, DC.
• Understanding of data governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, or DataHub.
• Experience designing data governance programs that support AI and advanced analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, mentoring, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Purview.
• Experience supporting data mesh programs or industry-specific implementation methodologies.
