What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the BI and analytics roadmap aligned with company goals and business priorities.
• Develop executive dashboards and business performance reporting for company KPIs, trends, and risks.
• Implement and promote AI-assisted analytics tools to accelerate dashboard development and automate insights.
• Partner with Data Engineering and business units to ensure reporting datasets are reliable and well-documented.
• Facilitate self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and trusted datasets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or Mode.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted analytics tools for automated insight generation.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices related to analytics workflows.

• Knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, or advanced analytics techniques.
