What you will do

• Lead the Data Advisory Services (DAS) function by aligning strategy with enterprise growth objectives.
• Design, standardize, and scale repeatable data advisory offerings for diverse customer use cases.
• Guide the team in developing automated and agentic solutions for data stewardship and identity strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Analytics Advisory teams to position data solutions against complex client business challenges.
• Coach and develop a team of 8-12 Data Advisors while fostering a culture of innovation and consultative excellence.
• Drive execution and growth of paid Data Advisory Services to build scalable, repeatable revenue streams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Data Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in a team-selling environment and influencing matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in model validation, strategy design, and data visualization.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to both internal and external audiences.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and proactively.

Nice to have

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, DAMA-CDMP, DCAM, or AI/ML-related fields.
• Formal consulting or professional services training.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
