What you will do

• Lead and grow the application engineering team focused on semiconductor packaging and thermal management.
• Drive technical development and optimization of diamond-based solutions for thermal interfaces.
• Provide expert guidance on thermal management principles and material characterization techniques.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define roadmaps and identify new application opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional engineering efforts from R&D through to mass production.
• Engage with customers to support business development and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging or thermal management.
• Deep understanding of 2.5D/3D IC thermal solutions and material characterization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Ability to work on-site in the Bay Area, California.
