What you will do

• Collaborate with factory stakeholders to ensure equipment is ordered and installed according to project schedules.
• Forecast equipment and funding requirements while aligning with financial planning cycles.
• Drive system configuration and genealogy accuracy for equipment delivery and installation.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure materials and resources are positioned for on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards across all construction sites.
• Translate technical requirements into high-quality project plans for cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a closely related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in project/construction management, tool install, or process engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage executive-level discussions and hands-on problem solving.

• Expertise in process tool equipment.
