What you will do
- Provide technical consultancy to customers via Zoom calls and email during the post-sales process.
- Deliver technical, architectural, and best-practice guidance for use case implementation.
- Drive measurable value by leading product adoption, renewal, and expansion aligned to customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers as a customer-facing technical subject matter expert.
- Develop and run customer workshops, demos, and enablement programs.
- Maintain specialty competency through training, certification, and reusable working examples.
Requirements
- Experience with a use case (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning) to provide in-depth guidance and enablement.
- Proficiency using DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling in adjacent fields.
- Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical/architectural/organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, plus strong time management across multiple teams.
