What you will do

  • Provide technical consultancy to customers via Zoom calls and email during the post-sales process.
  • Deliver technical, architectural, and best-practice guidance for hirify.global use case implementation.
  • Drive measurable value by leading product adoption, renewal, and expansion aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers as a customer-facing technical subject matter expert.
  • Develop and run customer workshops, demos, and enablement programs.
  • Maintain specialty competency through training, certification, and reusable working examples.

Requirements

  • Experience with a hirify.global use case (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning) to provide in-depth guidance and enablement.
  • Proficiency using DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling in adjacent fields.
  • Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical/architectural/organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, plus strong time management across multiple teams.
