What you will do
- Oversee subscriber databases: maintain list hygiene, manage merge records, and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Build reporting and quarterly scorecards to benchmark opt-out rates, invalid/inactive email trends, and sender score metrics to improve deliverability.
- Query and build target lists using customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history for right-audience email delivery.
- Maintain and update personas with marketing and product management by defining criteria across systems aligned to go-to-market strategy.
- Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and analyze results.
- Run A/B testing and optimization by identifying which email elements perform best and applying insights to future messaging.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills in A/B testing, data modeling, and predictive analytics; ability to turn raw data into actionable marketing strategy.
- Experience with statistical programming (Python or R) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is highly preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or database management.
- Ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field.
