What you will do
- Translate the North Star strategy into actionable new business models for the MDS division.
- Identify and develop business opportunities across national and international defense markets.
- Build and maintain a robust network of senior executives and decision-makers.
- Lead strategic product and innovation management to address future market demands.
- Develop cross-divisional solutions in collaboration with Sales and Engineering teams.
- Manage a team and oversee the associated cost center.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Extensive experience working with military clients at national and international levels.
- Proven track record in sales with significant leadership responsibility.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
- Willingness to undertake international business travel.
