What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on the platform and deliver compelling product overviews.
• Guide new customers through the activation, deployment, and configuration process.
• Drive product adoption and active usage through value-driven engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Product teams to escalate and resolve customer needs.
• Triage technical issues to the support team and advise on integration with third-party solutions.
• Drive customers to relevant educational content within the learning hub.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS high-tech environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Knowledge of IT practices and endpoint security (anti-virus, encryption, DLP).
• Basic configuration knowledge of TCP/IP networks and OS administration (Windows, Mac, Chrome OS).
