What you will do

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain deep-level partnerships to foster long-term cooperation and success.
• Act as a point of escalation, collaborating with support teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Gather product feedback and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product teams to meet customer needs.
• Conduct enablement sessions and create educational materials for clients.
• Lead regular Executive Business Reviews with leadership, business champions, and technical practitioners.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a B2B enterprise customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple complex tasks.
• Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in London, UK to support the hybrid work format.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, SQL, Javascript, and Kibana.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
