What you will do
- Lead the onboarding experience and identify key customer needs during kick-off meetings.
- Act as the central hub between customers and internal departments including Sales, Operations, and Consultancy.
- Resolve customer questions and technical challenges during the installation process.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to drive customer value.
- Take initiative to optimize the onboarding process within a fast-growing scale-up environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and Spanish at a native or equivalent level.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Relevant experience in sales, customer success, or support (6+ months preferred, but recent graduates are welcome).
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from the Utrecht office.
