What you will do

• Lead process improvement projects from planning and execution to risk management and control.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify weaknesses and develop comprehensive guidelines and documentation.
• Establish transparent status reporting and ensure adopted decisions are followed in practice.
• Train teams and tech leads to drive alignment and adoption of new processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to remove project blockers.
• Identify and integrate AI tools to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT project management experience, specifically in change or process improvement.
• Proven track record with cross-functional projects, facilitation, and training sessions.
• Practical expertise in Change, Process, and Risk Management.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies, metrics, and technical documentation.
• Russian language proficiency (B2-C1).
• Experienced in utilizing modern AI tools in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Previous experience in team management.
