Salary: $131,872 - $146,290 per year

What you will do
- Utilize NCI Process Flow to determine KPIβs for new capital projects from concept to completion.
- Launch and manage large-scale capital investments to improve safety, quality, velocity, and cost.
- Coordinate purchase and application of foundry equipment, machine tools, automation controls, robotics, and related systems.
- Design jigs and fixtures and develop manufacturing layouts using lean manufacturing principles.
- Create and administer manufacturing standards and documentation (Standard Work, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Safe Job Procedures, SFMEA).
- Integrate manufacturing systems (factory control software, scheduling, simulation) and provide technical support in process control and internal certification.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Foundry Engineering, or related field.
- 6 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the foundry and machining industry (or related occupation).
- Experience with AutoCAD/Creo, GD&T print reading, cycle time and capacity planning, advanced product quality planning, and Microsoft Project.
- Must work onsite five days a week.
