What you will do

• Lead aircraft assembly and integration execution from initial planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Oversee the physical integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms.
• Ensure configuration control, interface compatibility, and alignment with certification requirements.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recovery plans to leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in aircraft assembly/integration and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft structural assemblies, system installations, and flight systems.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and Jira.
• Expertise in advanced manufacturing tools including CAD, PLM, and MES.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with NX, Teamcenter, or SAP.
• Part 23 Certification experience.
• Background in eVTOL technology.
