What you will do

• Manage weekly automation capacity, including space and time allocation.
• Develop and distribute personnel schedules while balancing staffing needs.
• Lead team meetings to coordinate priorities and resolve operational issues.
• Drive accountability for safety, performance, and operational standards.
• Maintain and update operational protocols, workflows, and SOPs.
• Provide hands-on operational backup and support for system troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-5 years of related automation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical aptitude with automation systems and HMIs.
• No visa sponsorship available for this role.
• Ability to work occasional weekends throughout the year.
