What you will do

• Create simulation studies in Process Simulate on Teamcenter (Tecnomatix).
• Generate optimal assembly sequences and validate feasibility through reach and access studies.
• Program and troubleshoot industrial robots and automated systems to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain kinematic libraries of hardware systems in robotic simulations.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide data and insights for next-generation robotic platforms.
• Train and mentor team members on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Mechanical Engineering degree or 6+ years of experience in aerospace/automotive manufacturing.
• 1+ years of robotic simulation experience or 2+ years of hands-on programming for Kuka, ABB, FANUC, or Yaskawa robots.
• Proficiency in CAD (preferably NX) and simulation tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders.
• Must be comfortable working in a hands-on environment near moving mechanical parts.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of robotics simulation work.
• Experience generating collision-free robotic motion paths.
• Background in robotic material handling, vision systems, adhesive systems, or welding.
