What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFQ/RFP issuance, purchase order creation, and delivery tracking.
• Source and qualify suppliers in strict adherence to DFARS and ITAR compliance standards.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve best value while maintaining quality and budget goals.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships through regular check-ins and site visits.
• Resolve supplier performance and delivery issues to prevent production delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract and export control regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement within a defense, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and government contracting processes.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as INFOR Visual or Oracle.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
