What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of competitive procurements for build-to-print airframe components.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder briefings, and evaluate complex proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and administer resulting purchase orders.
• Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Collaborate with functional organizations to develop solutions for complex manufacturing and supply chain challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Proven experience in build-to-print supply chain, procurement, or subcontract management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP, P2P, and PO folder management systems.
• Experience interpreting technical requirements, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to coach, train, and peer-review the work of others.
• Demonstrated experience making business-based decisions under FAR/DFAR guidelines.
