What you will do

• Lead technical engagements with customers to achieve best-in-class PPA metrics.
• Drive the adoption of digital implementation, signoff technologies, and AgenticAI features.
• Partner with R&D and Product Engineering to influence tool enhancements based on real-world requirements.
• Execute complex benchmarks, flow optimizations, and deployment of methodologies for Synthesis, P&R, STA, and IR Drop.
• Represent the company at industry forums and author technical papers to establish thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IC design implementation and signoff.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in digital design fundamentals and advanced node implementation (3nm and below).
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages including Tcl, Python, and Perl.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving customer success at executive levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with hirify.global tools such as Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus, Conformal, and Cerebrus.
