What you will do

• Lead strategic technical engagements with customers to achieve best-in-class PPA metrics.
• Drive complex benchmarks and flow optimizations for synthesis, P&R, STA, and power closure.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to influence tool enhancements based on real-world requirements.
• Deploy cutting-edge methodologies for advanced nodes (3nm and below).
• Represent the company at industry forums and deliver technical keynotes.
• Guide the adoption of digital implementation and AgenticAI features.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IC design implementation and signoff.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in digital design fundamentals and advanced node implementation (3nm and below).
• Strong proficiency in scripting (Tcl, Python, Perl) for flow customization.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving customer success at executive levels.
• Prior experience with hirify.global tools (Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus, Conformal, Cerebrus).
