What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Advisor Hub platform.
• Partner with Product and UX to translate business outcomes into technical solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, delivery practices, and technical roadmaps.
• Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automation, and observability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering team.
• Manage technology vendor relationships and platform selection decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or cloud-native technologies.
• 8+ years of total experience in IT, software engineering, or product delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience incorporating AI or generative AI into enterprise applications.
• Experience working in large enterprise and matrix organizations.
