What you will do

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution and client experience.
  • Develop project proposals, contracts, and budgets while monitoring financial performance.
  • Manage relationships with clients and sub-consultants to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical insight and resolve project-related conflicts proactively.
  • Direct project team members and mentor less experienced designers and engineers.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business (or 4 years of relevant experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of project management.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in project management standards and building design principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • PE license and project management certification are recommended.
