What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end data platform technology strategy, including Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-sales motions to convert platform credibility into signed engagements.
• Enable delivery teams by defining reference architectures, accelerators, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary technical face to vendor partners like Databricks and Microsoft.
• Mentor senior delivery talent and codify reusable assets from client engagements.
• Represent the firm at industry events and partner briefings to maintain market positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a clear arc from hands-on data engineering to technology leadership.
• Deep, current expertise in Databricks and Microsoft Fabric with the ability to defend architecture decisions.
• Proven track record leading data platform practices or centers of excellence in a consulting environment.
• Strong pre-sales experience partnering with growth teams to shape proposals and influence pipeline.
• Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work in the US and travel for client, vendor, and industry events.
