What you will do

• Design and execute clinical research plans, including clinical studies and investigator-initiated projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, consortiums, and clinical site staff to address data gaps.
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, and reforecasting to ensure delivery of program milestones.
• Oversee contracting and budget approvals with academic centers and community practices.
• Lead, staff, and mentor a team of 3-6 direct reports, fostering a positive and equitable work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to align clinical development strategies with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in a relevant scientific discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of clinical research experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Current training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is required.
• Proven experience managing staff and setting departmental objectives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and travel as needed.
