Salary: $92,682 – $130,649 USD

What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure staff compliance with program workflows and documentation.
- Manage team performance, including coaching, competency assessments, and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical and non-clinical staff regarding escalated issues and case investigations.
- Collaborate with leadership and the Medical Director to ensure clinical appropriateness of services.
- Audit staff processes to assess adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Use performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in team outcomes.
Requirements
- Active and good standing RN license, with eligibility to be licensed in all US states and territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., BSN).
- 1-3 years of leadership experience.
- Must reside in an eligible US state and have a dedicated, distraction-free home office space.
- High-speed internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable) with minimum 30x5 Mbps speed and latency under 80ms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships.
Nice to have
- Nursing experience in Fertility, Obstetrics, Labor, and Postpartum care.
- Case Management experience.
