What you will do

• Direct daily operations for outpatient imaging centers, modalities, and call centers.
• Mentor and lead Clinical Managers and support teams to foster professional growth.
• Manage departmental budgets, analyze variance reports, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
• Partner with executive leadership and physician committees to align operational workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and PACS/RIS teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in East Hartford, CT.
• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare management or equivalent training.
• Technical knowledge of radiologic imaging, RIS/PACS systems, and clinical workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams and solve complex problems through data-driven initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for project coordination.
