Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a liaison between Scale Management, Clinician Network, Science, and Site Training groups.
- Manage and execute Phase I-III clinical trials in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out.
- Handle study reporting and maintain accurate records of all site communications and trackers.
- Mentor junior study team members and oversee their work output to ensure quality.
- Coordinate consultant communications and scheduling for various clinical programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years of work experience specifically related to clinical trials.
- Must be based in the United States.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with Excel and clinical software.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with a CRA or CRO.
- Background in Project Management or a service-related industry.
