Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between Scale Management, Clinician Network, Science, and Site Training groups.
• Manage and execute Phase I-III clinical trials in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out.
• Handle study reporting and maintain accurate records of all site communications and trackers.
• Mentor junior study team members and oversee their work output to ensure quality.
• Coordinate consultant communications and scheduling for various clinical programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of work experience specifically related to clinical trials.
• Must be based in the United States.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with Excel and clinical software.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a CRA or CRO.
• Background in Project Management or a service-related industry.
