What you will do

• Define multi-year architectural direction across full-stack systems, cloud platforms, and AI-driven products with an emphasis on scale, resilience, security, and global performance.
• Shape engineering roadmaps and development stacks using modern languages, frameworks, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead hands-on design and development across frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, micro-frontends) and backend (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Go, .NET Core, event-driven microservices).
• Drive platform engineering with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, serverless, Terraform), APIs (GraphQL/gRPC/REST), and data/AI integrations (Databricks, Spark, MLflow, vector databases, LLM integration).
• Ensure execution excellence via CI/CD, automated/contract testing, observability (Prometheus/OpenTelemetry/Grafana and others), and secure-by-design practices (threat modeling, zero trust).
• Conduct architectural reviews, establish governance patterns, and align with Product, Architecture, Operations, and Client Technology to unblock teams and deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years leading technical teams or engineering managers.
• Deep experience in modern full-stack development, cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, and high-scale platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with multiple advanced languages/frameworks such as Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, and React/Next.js/Node.js/FastAPI/.NET.
• Strong command of DevOps practices including CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, and observability.
• Experience with enterprise-grade security and governance practices (secure-by-design, threat modeling, zero trust, API governance).
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• AI/ML product integration, LLM orchestration, or intelligent agent frameworks.
• Event streaming and CQRS/event-sourcing patterns (Kafka, EventHub).
• Experience building platforms used across global organizations.
