What you will do

• Architect software systems supporting the hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Lead new product engineering initiatives and translate requirements into engineering work.
• Design and implement high-performance APIs using gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on a Kubernetes platform.
• Perform code quality reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Python or Go.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and designing technical specifications for distributed systems.
• Proficiency in gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• 7+ years of experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
