What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex IT hardware issues to ensure continuous data center operations.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and dismantling of server hardware and network equipment.
• Manage and maintain fiber optic cabling and patch cord connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on technical and operational challenges.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) according to established procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware configuration and maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
• Solid understanding of data center operations and network equipment principles.
• Basic proficiency in Linux and command-line tools.
• Practical experience with enterprise-grade network switches and fiber optic cables.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
