What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues submitted through ServiceNow.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for proprietary applications and ITSM processes.
- Analyze root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in post-release testing and validation for system updates.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical resources to improve support efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting software applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including running and modifying queries.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or BMC Helix.
- Experience supporting web-based applications.
- Willingness to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
Nice to have
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries with joins.
- Experience using AI tools in a technical support or operational role.
- Knowledge of claims management, healthcare, or insurance-related systems.
- 5+ years of application support experience.
