What you will do

• Develop training, communications, and materials to support the organizational change management operating model.
• Collaborate with the training team to design effective and engaging training methods, materials, and media.
• Produce scripts and voice-over content for training videos and user guides.
• Solve user support issues to ensure successful system implementation for end users.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive calendar of global communication opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting information technology end users.
• Expertise in English language, grammar, and punctuation with exceptional writing skills.
• Proven experience in developing training videos and digital media.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in East Aurora, NY.
• Ability to participate in meetings outside normal working hours (late night or early morning) due to global team coordination.
