What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of training curricula for financial planners and advisors.
  • Design engaging training experiences using case studies, simulations, and interactive discussions.
  • Create and curate high-quality training materials, job aids, and reference guides.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to associates to foster a knowledgeable workforce.
  • Partner with content specialists and project managers to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies regarding quality assurance, compliance, and information security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX.
  • Strong analytical, research, and creative thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • CFP or CFA certification.
  • Prior experience in training or teaching adult learners.
  • Familiarity with Articulate and SharePoint software.
  • Knowledge of the Ayco business model.
