Location: Hybrid (Toronto office until late 2026, then Mississauga); current work authorization for Canada is required

Compensation: $65,000 – $76,000 (Total annual cash compensation including base and target bonus)

What you will do

• Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications and transfer requests.
• Coordinate onboarding and account opening processes, ensuring strict accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain and update prospect and client records within the CRM system.
• Liaise with custodians on day-to-day operational matters, including transfer initiation and monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall client onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong knowledge of the mutual fund industry and back-office processing.
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fidelity Clearing Canada product offerings.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
