What you will do

• Lead the expansion and strategic positioning of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy.
• Define go-to-market strategies and design value-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior C-level stakeholders to shape AI and data transformation roadmaps.
• Develop and evolve service offerings, methodologies, and best practices for the practice.
• Represent the organization at industry events and contribute to professional thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Data & AI consulting, including client-facing roles and project delivery responsibility.
• Deep understanding of Analytics, Data Science, and Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in delivering AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven ability to craft customer-centric value propositions and business cases for executive leadership.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on talent development.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Milan office under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep industry expertise in Financial Services, Telco, or Manufacturing.
• Experience leading international and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA.
