What you will do

• Develop mechanical designs for semiconductor test equipment, balancing performance and reliability.
• Translate system-level requirements into detailed mechanical specifications.
• Perform tradeoff analysis and support design decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with systems, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure design alignment.
• Partner with suppliers to deliver cost-effective and scalable mechanical solutions.
• Support design reviews, change management, and project execution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SOLIDWORKS and PDM systems.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Experience with FEA tools like ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation.
• Must be local to Agoura Hills, CA; no visa sponsorship available.

• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment or SEMI standards.
• Experience supporting platform-level system designs or scalable architectures.
