What you will do

• Build and maintain internal tools to improve operational scalability and efficiency.
• Develop growth-related product and infrastructure improvements across both backend and frontend systems.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and operations teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks through software.
• Design and run experiments to optimize acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
• Improve data flows, instrumentation, and operational visibility throughout the customer funnel.
• Translate ambiguous problem statements into high-impact, shipped solutions.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-level code.
• Full-stack capabilities, with a comfort level leaning towards the backend.
• Experience building internal tools, growth systems, or product infrastructure.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments without a fully specified roadmap.
• Strong product and operational instincts.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize for business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience on growth, monetization, or acquisition-focused engineering teams.
• Familiarity with experimentation systems, funnel analytics, and CRM/GTM workflows.
