TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and improving the hirify.global Insights product to help developers find and fix production issues with an accent on AI-powered features and fullstack development. Focus on driving the initial development of substantial features, creating rapid prototypes, and making architecture-level decisions for scalability.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come to the office 5x per week

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve the hirify.global Insights product.
• Build new AI-powered features to enhance developer debugging and development workflows.
• Own fullstack development for feature improvements and new feature prototypes.
• Work directly with users to iterate and improve the product experience.
• Contribute to critical architectural and design decisions alongside the team.
• Integrate hirify.global Insights as a seamless part of the integrated hirify.global product experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Proven track record of delivering and launching multiple user-facing products.
• Strong fullstack implementation skills (both frontend and backend experience).
• Experience driving large projects and making architecture-level decisions based on scaling constraints.
• Ability to rapidly build prototypes and a good grasp of AI technologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
