Salary: $185,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of performant, scalable user-facing features for web and multi-platform products.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver accessible and polished creative workflows.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Build and scale systems supporting real-time multi-user interactions and live collaboration.
• Design and optimize product features integrating generative AI models and agentic workflows.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical best practices through architectural proposals and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in senior product-focused roles.
• Deep proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Go.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-traffic service architecture.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and ship high-impact solutions.
• Must be able to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA 3-5 days per week.
