What you will do

• Design and maintain A/B testing infrastructure for web and mobile platforms.
• Build data pipelines to capture user behavior and surface experiment results.
• Instrument analytics to track and understand product performance.
• Implement test variants, including copy tweaks, onboarding flows, and feature experiments.
• Analyze experiment results and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
• Proactively generate and pitch data-driven hypotheses to improve product metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or North America.
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development to ship full-stack features.
• Experience building or working with A/B testing frameworks and analytics pipelines.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to design clean experiments and interpret results accurately.
• Product intuition and experience with growth practices at consumer tech companies.
• Ability to work with some overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Nice to have

• Experience as the first or only growth engineer at a startup.
• Background in growth, lifecycle, or product analytics roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or LaunchDarkly.
