Client Success Analyst (QA)

Finery Markets is a fast-paced fintech startup focused on capital markets, building products for institutional crypto trading.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with speed and quality
- Assist clients with API integration and provide expert technical guidance
- Collaborate with engineering to identify, reproduce and resolve technical issues reported by clients
- Advocate for client needs and work with product, engineering and support teams to improve the user experience
- Understand client trading needs to recommend options that drive revenue
- Contribute to feature prioritization and QA efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in client success, technical support, or QA engineering
- Understanding of API protocols (REST, WebSocket, FIX) and client languages (Python 3, Golang, Node.js, Java)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Fluent in English

Nice to have:

- Mandarin or Portuguese language skills
- Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or fintech
