TL;DR

Technical Client Success Specialist (SaaS): Delivering exceptional client experiences on the hirify.global Data Link platform with an accent on API onboarding and technical problem solving. Focus on bridging the gap between clients and product teams to resolve issues and drive platform improvements.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig (at least 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Manage and triage client inquiries for the hirify.global Data Link platform to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales onboarding support, including technical and API-related assistance.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and route sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Partner with product development to share client feedback and drive platform enhancements.
• Champion a client-first mindset to consistently elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success or customer support for a SaaS or marketplace technology company.
• Solid understanding of web services, HTTP transport, JSON, and REST API patterns.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or cloud platforms.
• Ability to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM).
• Must be located in and able to work from the Taguig office twice a week.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
