What you will do

Develop and implement the customer success system.
Lead the support and community managers team.
Manage client relationships for robo-advising and analytical products.
Handle account management, agreements, payments, documentation, reclamations, and CRM operations.
Organize onboarding for new clients through all communication channels.
Provide first-line technical support via chat, email, and online conferences.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a fully remote customer success team.
Hands-on customer support experience.
Strong interest in and experience with the crypto market and the new economy.
Fluent English required.
Data-driven decision-making skills.
Professional understanding of customer management systems and solid CRM experience.
