What you will do
- Develop and implement the Customer Success system from the ground up.
- Lead and manage the team of support and community managers.
- Drive relationship-focused client management for robo-advising and analytical platform users.
- Handle general account management, including agreements, payments, documentation, and CRM maintenance.
- Manage new client onboarding across all communication channels.
- Oversee first-line technical support via chat, email, and online conferences.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing fully remote Customer Success teams.
- Hands-on experience in customer support.
- Deep interest and experience in the crypto market and the new economy.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Ability to utilize data-driven decision making.
- Professional proficiency with various CRM and customer management systems.
