Salary: $110,800 – $166,100 per year plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and implement internal communication campaigns across multiple channels to inspire store and field teams.
• Design and maintain weekly communication routines to ensure high-quality messaging for retail operations.
• Facilitate project plans for field meetings, webinars, and web-based events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create materials that support business objectives and store team execution.
• Monitor creative trends in engagement to drive continuous improvement of the store associate experience.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members while participating in strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in a field role or field support function.
• 3+ years of project management experience with a proven ability to deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to influence diverse audiences and solve problems under tight timelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
